We work with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from the super-fit to those recovering from injury, trauma or surgery.

There is an initial consultation to discuss your aims and objectives and any medical issues we need to be aware of in order to work with you safely. Your class will then be designed accordingly.

We also offer medical massage and physical therapy services to complement your Pilates practice.

    We offer one-to-one private equipment sessions, and a two-to-one buddy equipment session. We are also able to arrange a mat work class for 2 - 3 people.
